Bingaman to tour first Navajo-Gallup work site

GALLUP — U.S. Sen. Jeff Bingaman, D-N.M., will be in Gallup Monday and will tour the Tohlakai Hill Pumping Plant — the site of the first construction project associated with the Navajo-Gallup Water Project.
